Conditions Available To Be Treated By OAA

The following is a list of conditions for which treatment will be available through OAA as part of the Gridiron Greats Medical referral program. The medical referral program will be available through the Gridiron Greats to retired NFL players in dire need who qualify and have little or no means to pay for medical procedures. Some players who qualify will not incur any cost for evaluations, procedures and treatments that may be available.
